Packaging & Handling

All engines are professionally prepared for transport:

Engines are drained of all fluids before shipping
All openings are sealed to prevent contamination
Engines are mounted on custom wooden pallets or crates
Protective covering applied to prevent damage during transit
Heavy-duty strapping secures the engine for transport

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on engine weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. We provide accurate shipping quotes before you confirm your order. For the best rates, we recommend collecting from our warehouse if you're in the Gauteng area.

Note: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your engine is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email and WhatsApp. Our team will keep you updated throughout the delivery process and coordinate delivery timing with you.

Delivery Issues

If your engine arrives damaged or if there are any issues with delivery, contact us immediately at +27 11 123 4567. Document any visible damage with photos before signing for delivery. We work closely with our freight partners to resolve any issues quickly.
